Isothermal humidification

The isothermal humidification process involves introducing water vapour into the environment, which is generated by boiling water.
This procedure requires an external source of energy to change the state of the water.
As the mass of the water vapour is much lower than the mass of the air it is absorbed into, the temperature of the air increases slightly, and for this reason it is improperly called isothermal humidification.
Steam humidifiers ensure maximum hygienic safety, as the temperature of the steam ensures the absence of any potentially harmful microorganisms.
